Merchant Policies

Baby Einstein merchants can sell Baby Einstein products in a brick and mortar store or on a stand-alone, independent web store.

Baby Einstein's Specialty Retailer program is for merchants selling our products in the United States only.

Merchant pricing is standard. The merchant pays shipping costs. Baby Einstein will ship by Standard UPS Ground unless a different means of shipping is specified by the merchant. All prices are F.O.B., San Diego, CA 92121. Baby Einstein does not drop ship.

You may have your order shipped freight collect using your UPS or Federal Express account number. Before you can do this, however, you must send a letter to Baby Einstein on your letterhead stating that you will pay for all shipping charges for Baby Einstein orders. You can also pick up your order from our shipper. For both options there will be a handling fee of $5.00 added to your order.

All orders must be paid before the order will be shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

If your customer receives a defective product, please have them call us directly at 800-793-1454, as opposed to replacing the defective product with your merchandise. All Baby Einstein products carry a 30-day exchange or money back guarantee.

Orders should be submitted through our merchant web site at http://b2b.babyeinstein.com after you register as a merchant and are approved. Online orders will ship within 48-60 business hours.

You must provide a copy of your Sales License before your merchant application will be approved.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

We reserve the right to deny or close your account at any time at our discretion.
